mc.yafr and mc.yafr2

Yafr and yafr2 are reverb abstractions built into max that I absolutely love. For some reason Cycling 74 did not make a MC variant of these abstractions when Max 8 was released. I abuse MC objects so I eventually updated the existing abstractions to work with MC.
